Texas Food Handler Training Course

Course Description

The curriculum covers the proper handling, preparation and storage of food to help prevent food borne illnesses and outbreaks.  It is designed to enable a trainee to receive a certificate to show they have met the food handler requirements – as regulated by the State of Texas and your local health department. This course is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services – Course Number 224.

You have 60 days from the date of enrollment to complete the course.

This course is self-paced. At any time, you can pause the course and finish later. Feel free to review sections you may need additional help with. After completing the course, you will have a completion certificate. You can immediately print your certificate.
